TERMS OF SERVICE

The following terms and conditions are regarding the website of RedLegions and the product RedLegions. To use the website and the product, you must agree to all the terms and conditions and operating rules and policies below without any objections or modifications.

Please read this agreement carefully before you access or proceed to use the website and/or the product RedLegions. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, and the policies of RedLegions, you may not access or use the website and the product.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

The product is billed on a subscription basis. The subscription is monthly and the payment is collected at the time of subscribing and after the first month on the same date every following month. After being renewed, the subscription will continue under the same conditions as the previous month.

The payment method needs to be valid, otherwise the subscription will be terminated. The customer should provide accurate and complete billing information. Once provided with the billing information, RedLegions is authorized to and will automatically collect the fee for the subscription every month. The date of fee collection cannot be changed.

The subscription will last until it’s terminated by the customer or RedLegions. It can be terminated at every given moment and can be renewed immediately after.

RedLegions keeps its right to change the amount of the fee at any time. The users will be informed in advance and will be given the choice to terminate their subscription or continue using the product with the new price of the subscription.

REFUNDS

The subscription fees are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of RedLegions in exceptional circumstances, such as a major technical issue that prevents customers from using the product for an extended period of time. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer support with a detailed explanation of your situation.

NOTE: Even subscriptions that are not used can’t be refunded, as we have ongoing costs for each of the accounts.

RedLegions is not authorized as an official feature of Reddit, and does not take responsibility for the practices and policies of Reddit.

RedLegions is not responsible for the personal accounts of the user or what purposes the product is used for.

RedLegions is not responsible or liable, in case of a banning of the user’s accounts due activities executed by the user.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall RedLegions, its affiliates, employees, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the RedLegions product. RedLegions' total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the product shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees you have paid to RedLegions during the preceding one (1) month.

DISCLAIMER

The use of RedLegions is solely a risk taken by the user. RedLegions can be used from all parts of the world at any time.

However, RedLegions does not take responsibility for the product being interrupted or unavailable at times.

RedLegions will inform its users in case of maintenance of the website and/or the product unless it being an emergency.

CHANGES

RedLegions reserves the right to modify and/or replace the Terms and Conditions at any given moment.
